Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; items not in original packaging may incur a restocking fee.
Inspection Process
Once the item arrives at our Las Vegas warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to verify it is in like-new, resellable condition.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping or restocking costs.
